Pseudo Color Reflection Holograms, Silver Halide 11x7”- 12x16”, All Unique.

2016

Typically nothing can move when making a hologram, not even microscopically. This is due to the necessary fidelity of recording interference patterns. The recording is so sensitive that air movement, temperature changes, and inaudible sound can complete erase a recording resulting in a black or blank hologram.

These holograms experiment with allowing whatever moves to disappear, or destroy the light that was recording it. Essentially anything alive cancels light within a hologram.
